Design method of drum for improving the performance of actual coal charging

摘要: 采掘岩体的力学性能复杂,不易于实现滚筒的精确建模,以现有模型建立的滚筒设计方法无法有效保证滚筒实际装煤性能,导致采煤机螺旋滚筒实际平均装煤性能不足60%,所以基于工作面现场数据对滚筒的设计方法进行研究具有重要意义。本次选取工作面现场装煤性能80%以上的500套滚筒参数作为研究依据,首次提出以叶片螺距S和γ(叶片外径与筒体外径之比)建立双参数设计法,采用曲线拟合法获得叶片螺距S的最佳取值范围和γ的计算公式,建立了采煤机螺旋滚筒双参数设计方法。以两种方法分别设计了神东补连塔煤矿4500滚筒的左、右滚筒,在工作面现场进行了对比试验,测得采用双参数设计法的滚筒装煤性能约为85%,现有设计方法装煤性能约为70%。结果表明:以工作面现场数据为基础建立的双参数设计方法能更有效保证滚筒实际装煤性能。

Abstract: Abstract: the mechanical properties of rock mining complex, not easy to realize the precise modeling of the drum, the drum design method established by the existing model cannot effectively ensure the actual loading performance of the drum, resulting in lack of shearer drum actual average loading performance of 60%, so the design method of roller working surface based on the field data is of great significance to research. The selection of work field loading performance more than 80% of the 500 sets of roller parameters as the research basis, put forward the pitch s and γ(blade pitch and diameter and cylinder diameter ratio) using two parameter design method, using curve fitting optimum range of blade pitch and legally obtained the calculation formula to establish the design method of double parameters shearer drum. With two kinds of methods are used to design Shandong Bu lian ta coal mine 4500 cylinder of the left and right roller, the contrast test was made in the face of the scene, the drum loading performance measured by dual parameter design method is about 85%, the existing design method of loading performance is about 70%. The results show that the two parameter design method based on the field data can effectively guarantee the actual coal loading performance of the drum.
